The question of who runs Hi Rummy has no firm answer. One third-party directory, yonomoregames.com, credits “HiPlay Games”. The operator page shows only the brand “Hi Rummy”. Two other directories, allyono.it.com and letsplayyono.com, name no developer at all. We found no registration, office address or support email tied to HiPlay Games, so we treat the publisher as not verified.

Hi Rummy APK details from third-party listings

Android 5.0 and above, per two directories

yonomoregames.com and allyono.it.com both state Android 5.0 or later. Neither is the developer, and we did not read the APK manifest, so the real minimum may differ. Almost any phone sold in India in recent years meets that bar. If the installer refuses your device, the file you have may not be the one the listing describes.

Version 1.2.8 and a size that changes by site

The newest figure we have is version 1.2.8, listed by yonomoregames.com in October 2026 with a size of 39 MB. Another site, yonogamesstore.com, gives 58 to 70 MB for what it calls the same app. A gap that wide can mean different builds, a repackaged file or simple carelessness.
